Kiran Talluri is a trial and appellate lawyer with a wide range of experience.
He primarily practices complex commercial litigation with a focus on securities litigation. His broad experience includes representing consumers harmed in mass fraud and representing financial institutions in complex securities and contract disputes. Kiran was part of a team that successfully defended a Dallas-based hedge fund against a $686,000,000 lawsuit, a decision subsequently upheld on appeal. Kiran also obtained summary dismissal of an $85,000,000 tortious interference case concerning the purchase of cable systems.
Before joining the Firm, Kiran worked as a consultant and counsel for a boutique energy consulting firm and as a litigation associate at Baron & Budd P.C. and Lackey Hershman LLP in Dallas. Kiran is a graduate of Emory University School of Law and earned his B.A., cum laude, from Dartmouth College. He was a member of the Dartmouth Forensic Union, one of the nation’s most prestigious debating societies.
