RJ Giglio is a trial and appellate lawyer. Methodical and analytical, RJ dissects complex facts, statutes, and case law to craft persuasive arguments for the Firm’s clients.
Prior to joining Ryan Law Partners LLP, RJ represented plaintiffs in medical malpractice and toxic tort claims. He gained valuable experience in the health care industry. RJ won a unanimous medical review panel decision in a dispute with a hospital. And he successfully negotiated with Medicare in a complex statutory interpretation dispute. RJ also authored numerous complex dispositive motions or appellate briefs for litigation in state and federal courts across the country. In Maryland, RJ convinced a judge to reverse the court’s position on a critical choice-of-law issue that had hamstrung plaintiffs for years.
At Tulane University Law School, RJ served as Articles Editor of the Tulane Law Review. He was in the top 3% of his class, was inducted in the Order of the Coif, and graduated magna cum laude. In college at the University of Oklahoma, RJ won the Cross-Examination Debate Association national championship three times.
