Commercial Litigation

We represent companies and individuals engaged in significant commercial disputes, often for “bet-the-company” stakes.  Our Commercial Litigation practice focuses on three core offerings:  complex commercial disputes, insurance coverage, and fiduciary litigation.

We litigate and defend against every manner of commercial claim, including breach of contract, securities litigation, real estate disputes, violations of non-compete and non-solicitation obligations, theft of trade secrets and confidential information, business conspiracy, corporate veil-piercing, and arbitration.

We counsel clients on all types of insurance-related issues, from procuring policies, obtaining coverage, and litigating denials.  Our attorneys have litigated insurance coverage matters involving D&O, E&O, property, and high-dollar health care claims.  Many of these matters are handled as alternative fee arrangements – from flat fees for pre-litigation or coverage advice to contingent fees for prosecuting a lawsuit through trial.

We represent plaintiffs and defendants in fiduciary litigation, including partnership disputes, business divorces, legal malpractice cases, and matters arising out of law firm bankruptcies.
